Do you get all features for the trial?

Yes you do and there is no obligation to continue. You only pay tax, regulatory, and 911 fees which is $2.83 per user per month.

What are your hours of operations?

You can reach real, live support agents dedicatedto you 7 days a week by email, phone and live chat. Emails are always responded within 45 minutes or less. Monday-Friday 5am-10pm PStand Sat-Sun 7am-8pm PST.

Is there a contract?

No there is not. After the first 30 days there is no obligation to continue using the service and there are no cancellation fees, penalties or anything as such.
